1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used tobacco items.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Returns without this authorization may not be processed. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items. We will arrange for replacement or refund at our discretion.
5. Incorrect Items Received
If you receive incorrect items due to our error, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for return shipping and send the correct items or issue a full refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, including but not limited to opened tobacco products or products with broken seals.
7. Age Verification Returns
If we are unable to verify your age for tobacco purchase as required by law, your order will be canceled and refunded in full.
