We currently ship within the United States. Some restrictions may apply to certain states or regions due to local tobacco laws and regulations.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

6. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with delivery, including but not limited to lost or damaged packages, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Undeliverable Packages

Packages that are returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address information or failure to claim the package will be refunded minus shipping costs.

8. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping due to complex tobacco product regulations across different countries.
